Dunelm’s Ria Rotating Shoe Storage is listed at £139.50, down from £199, a 30% reduction according to Ideal Home. Its four rotating shelves are designed to store shoes around an inner console, while the 113.5cm unit can also serve as a hallway surface.
Dunelm’s Ria Rotating Shoe Storage is on sale for £139.50, reduced from £199, according to a report by Ideal Home. The 30% price cut applies to a four-shelf unit that rotates around an inner console, offering a space-conscious way to store shoes in a hallway.
The unit’s four rotating shelves are designed to let users turn the storage to reach different pairs, while keeping some shoes visible and others out of sight. Ideal Home describes it as a possible fit for smaller hallways, where conventional storage can take up limited floor space. The report gives the product’s height as 113.5cm; it does not provide other dimensions or a stated capacity.
Ideal Home says the Ria can also be used as a hallway side table, with room on top for a key tray. That is a suggested use rather than a separate product feature. The article does not specify the materials, assembly time, or whether the listed price includes delivery.
Customer feedback cited in the report is mixed on assembly. One reviewer praised the quality but said the item was larger and heavier than expected, and described putting it together as difficult. Another review called assembly “too complicated.” Ideal Home advises that buyers who are not confident with flat-pack assembly may want help. These are individual reviews, not a comprehensive assessment of the product.
A Rotating Option for Tight Hallways
The offer may interest households looking for shoe storage that uses a smaller footprint than a wide cabinet or rack. A rotating design can make pairs accessible without requiring the user to move other stored items, though the source does not compare its capacity or footprint with competing products. The 30% discount lowers the listed price by £59.50, making the current price the main buying development reported.
Keeping shoes contained may also reduce clutter at an entrance, where bags and footwear can obstruct a narrow route. That is a practical potential benefit, not a measured safety outcome: neither Dunelm nor Ideal Home provides evidence that this particular unit reduces falls or trip incidents. Buyers should check that the product’s dimensions and placement work for their hallway, including enough clearance to rotate it.
The reviews offer a useful caution alongside the sale price. Although the storage’s shape may suit a compact space, the reported weight and assembly difficulty could affect delivery and setup. Shoppers may want to check the retailer’s current product details and delivery arrangements before ordering, particularly if they need assistance carrying or assembling it.

How the Ria Storage Works
Ideal Home’s report presents the Ria as a rotating alternative to more familiar shoe cabinets and racks. The stated design has four shelves arranged around an inner console; turning the unit is intended to bring stored pairs into reach. The report says some shoes can remain on display while others are concealed, but it does not explain how many pairs fit on each shelf or what shoe sizes the shelves accommodate.
The article also mentions other storage products, including a folding Lakeland rack, shoe boxes, and a compact cabinet from DUSK. Those are alternatives cited by the publication, not direct product comparisons or endorsements from Dunelm. The central development is the Ria’s reported markdown, rather than a new launch or a change to the product’s design.

Sale Terms and Product Capacity
The source says the item is “currently” discounted but does not state when the offer ends, whether stock is limited, or whether the price varies by location or online availability. The live price and terms may change, so the reported £139.50 figure should be checked with Dunelm before purchase.
The report also leaves several product details unspecified, including the number of pairs it holds, full width and depth measurements, materials, and the exact assembly requirements. The reviews quoted are individual accounts; the source does not provide a verified average rating or broader reliability data. It is not clear whether Dunelm offers assembly as a paid service or whether delivery teams will assemble the unit.

Check Price Before Ordering
Readers considering the unit can check Dunelm’s current listing for the price, availability, complete dimensions, delivery terms, and assembly instructions. Since the reported sale has no end date, the source does not establish how long the £139.50 price will remain available. Buyers should also confirm that the rotating unit can turn freely in the space where they plan to place it.
There is no further product announcement or scheduled milestone in the source material. The next relevant development for shoppers is whether Dunelm continues the discount and whether the retailer’s listing clarifies capacity, assembly support, or delivery options.
