Just hours before she was set to perform at the Michael Forever tribute concert Jennifer Hudson took to twitter to inform her fans she was pulling out and the show’s producers were left wondering why.
“To my UK fans that were coming to the MJ show in Wales. I will no longer be attending due to major production issues,” she wrote on Twitter. “I would have thought they would have informed you all by now, so since they did not, I am. Thank you for your support.”
But the show’s producers say they were completely caught off-guard by her no-show since she signed a contract and had already pocketed the money she received for her participation. And here we thought it was all done out of the goodness of their hearts.
Jennifer felt she didn’t get enough time with the tune she was set to perform but sources close to the situation say she got her music the same time as all of the other performers involved.
Her rep confirmed the reason for her cancellation saying that producers “completely understood.” However the source says that’s not true!
